You can then delete the wad. The center pane shows the contents of the WAD folder and the right pane shows the contents of the root. As far wii the wad files in the one I renamed wad old, do I need to move them to the new wad folder or delete them.

Wwii I delete them, will those games still work. I'd also remove the folders on your SD card called usb-loader, usb-loader1 and usbloader-gx.

If ModMii hasn't pulled down an update of that then I'd get the latest version of it from Google Code too as it's had a lot of changes in the last couple of months.

You're all nice and tidy then with a single WADS folder which contains just two folders - one with copies of your games in it and one with the ModMii stuff should you ever want to go back to it. I'm now able to view the new files from ModMii and the old files on the SD side by side. Did everything you suggested. I have a soft-modded white Wii 4. I'd personally just tidy things up I'm like that Probably not worth it, imo.

If you choose to follow advice from this subreddit and damage your system, it's your fault. Once this is in your Wii just follow the instructions ModMii will have prepared for you which normally just involves kicking off an app in the homebrew channel and following a couple of steps to load up the software it's put on your SD card.

Want to add to the discussion? Only other option is to find an older-built drive and replace the one in your Wii. When you next run it, it'll create config in this directory so you don't need the ones on the root of your SD card any more. Each has it's own app folder, of course.

One thing I would do though is see what is presently in your SD card's WAD folder - that could contain stuff you may not want to reinstall.

If so, how can I determine when it was made? ModMii will tell you to install all the WADs in the Mplajer folder but obviously you only want to do that with the ones it has downloaded, not your old WADs, which is why you need to move yours out of the way. OK, sorry for the long delay. As for updating via ModMii - it's a Windows tool. Is there something I need to do differently? Also, I'm considering remodding this unit soon.
